Product Designer (UI/UX)
About the role
Our projects range from a two-week website for a social enterprise to a nine-month SaaS product. Along the way we design storefronts and checkouts, admin panels that non-technical staff use all day, and brand presentations for groups like TenTen.
You will lead design on client projects: run discovery, map flows, prototype in Figma, and hand over designs engineers can build without guessing. You will also help make our design work reusable, so every new project starts from a stronger place.
What you'll do
- Run discovery with clients and turn their goals into clear flows and page structures
- Design websites, e-commerce stores and SaaS interfaces in Figma, for desktop and mobile
- Design admin panels and back-office tools that are quick to learn and use
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
- Prototype interactions and motion, and review what engineers build
- Design for two languages, and write or review interface copy
What you bring
- A portfolio showing end-to-end web or product design work
- 3+ years designing websites, e-commerce or SaaS products
- Expert Figma skills, including components, variables and prototyping
- Strong visual design, typography and layout skills
- Comfortable presenting work to clients and taking feedback
